We are a Bed & Breakfast establishment.

Reservations include a continental style breakfast of homemade breads, jams, yogurts, proteins and fresh fruits. Guests may request a hearty country breakfast served family style for an additional charge. A refrigerator and microwave are available - located in the common kitchen area. The common kitchen may also be utilized for meal preparation as part of a large group (10 or more) reservation. Contact proprietor for details. 

Our accommodations include one guest room on the first floor with a private full size bathroom/walk-in shower and other extra amenities. Each two upstairs guest rooms share a full size bathroom (shower) accommodation.  We have 5 separate bedroom areas and common kitchen, dining room and living room areas available to guests.  Host lives on-site.

 Interaction with Guests

Upon arrival, allow a few minutes to become familiar with site security and business office features, bedroom, bathroom and public areas.  Guests provide breakfast service preferences during check-in and designate entrees (if appropriate).  Tours of ongoing restoration of habitat areas and sustainable technologies are welcome as time allows.

Guest Operation Rules

  • Advanced reservations required.
  • 10 PM – 6 AM, guest room quiet hours.
  • No Smoking except in designated area.
  • Food and drinks allowed in designated areas only. 
  • No pets - service dogs only (kennel available nearby).
  • Guests may be asked to remove shoes during wet conditions.

Within a 30 minute drive you can trade at one of the largest and most respected coin dealers in the world, taste the official sugar cream pie of the White House, attend an Amish fresh produce auction, watch a professional chocolatier produce gourmet chocolates and French pastries as confections are being readied for export (samples available) or travel through time on Indiana’s most scenic railroad, an operating railroad museum with special event opportunities including “Day Out with Thomas,” “Fall Foliage Flyer,” “Polar Express,” “Metamora Canal Days” and many more!
